If you have extended health insurance that includes a health savings account, you may be able to claim all or a portion of our fees.

Annual subscribers will follow an accelerated schedule of preventative interventions and reports within the first two months with ongoing follow-up and care throughout the year.

Children under 18 are included at no extra cost with at least one adult subscription under all plans except the Gold and Platinum plans. There is an additional $70 per month per child under the gold plan and $180 per month per child under the platinum plan.
