Children Free

Children under 18 are included at no extra cost with at least one adult subscription under all plans except the Gold and Platinum plans.
(There is an additional $70 per month per child under the gold plan and $250 per month per child under the platinum plan.)

Accelerated Schedule

​Annual subscribers can follow an accelerated schedule of preventative interventions and reports within the first two months with ongoing follow-up and care throughout the year.

*In order to preserve the viability of our program and to prevent misuse of physician resources, a minimum of 6 months commitment is required for each of the above plans, except annual plans.
